Your $599 membership fee is collected at the point of submission. The advisory panel then reviews your application within 48 hours. If Zenify determines it cannot genuinely serve your case, your fee is refunded in full — no questions asked. This structure ensures the cases we accept receive the attention they deserve, and eliminates speculative enquiries.

    Your submission is read and assessed. The panel determines whether Zenify can genuinely add value to your specific case.

    You receive a clear answer

    If accepted, your membership is activated and your clinical review begins immediately. If Zenify is not the right fit, your $599 is refunded in full — no delay, no questions.

    You are a member for life

    Your clinical record is created. Your relationship with Zenify begins. Future episodes are handled at a discounted member rate — and when you return, we already know who you are.

    Zenify does not accept referral fees or commissions from any hospital, surgeon, or provider in Thailand. The $599 membership fee is the only payment Zenify receives from you — which is exactly why every recommendation we make is grounded solely in your case.

    If the advisory panel determines Zenify cannot genuinely serve your case, your $599 is refunded in full within 3 to 5 business days. No questions asked. This is not a formality — we decline cases where we cannot add real value, and we return the money when we do.
